Today, the hearing for the case “Putsch” was again postponed, this time it was extended until March 2, 2016.
The extension in the case was requested by prosecutors from the Special Prosecutor’s Office, Katica Janeva and Lence Ristovska.
They asked for more time and opportunity to get information concerning the evidence.
Also, the prosecutors requested that if the court is unable to submit the evidence they seek, then at least to provide them with space, five working days and allow all prosecutors from the Special Prosecutor’s Office access to come to the court and to carry out their investigations.
Judge Ljubinka Basevska approved the request from the Special Prosecutor’s Office and scheduled the hearing for March 2. The defence did not object to the request from the public prosecutors.
