The Basic Civil Skopje rejected the slander charges that Prosecutor Vilma Ruskoska filed against Igor Janushev and Hristijan Mickoski i.e. against the opposition party VMRO-DPMNE. The request was rejected and the parties will receive a written verdict in a period of eight days,in which the decision will be detailed.
Prosecutor Vilma Ruskoska filed slander charges against the opposition party because of VMRO-DPMNE’s pre-election video clips that were broadcasted during the campaign before the parliamentary elections that took place on the 15th of July this year. In two videos titled “Crime Story” and “Headquarter of Lies,” prosecutor Ruskovska was presented as SDSM’s servant.
