US Ambassador Jess Bailey expressed concern over the re-emergence of not meeting deadlines from the terms provided for by Przhino Agreement.
“I’m worried because of the missed deadline for the appointment of the State Election Commission (SEC). Independence, experience and expertise should be a criterion for selection of non-party representatives”, US Ambassador wrote on social network “Twitter”.
Bailey noted that the SEC has many things to do before April and that time is short.
