US Ambassador to Macedonia Jess Baily and EU Ambassador Aivo Orav joined negotiators from the working group for the media law at the MPs Clubhouse.
The Diplomats will attempt to put pressure on political parties to resolve the issue faster.
Before the meeting, the Belgian facilitator Peter Vanhoutte said he hoped a solution can be found, but was not optimistic.
“We will discuss all proposals by political parties, journalists’ associations and organizations. I am aware that there is little time, but we will do our best to close this issue”, said Mr Vanhoutte.
So far, VMRO-DPMNE remains committed to undertake any European law and to be implement it into the national legislation, while SDSM and the AJM accept the proposal of Peter Vanhoutte.
