Ongoing debate at the Court of Appeals over “Monster” convicts

In the Court of Appeal in Skopje during a public session was considering the  appeals of the five convicted men in the “Monster” case, the murder of four boys and a middle-aged man, which occurred on Holy Thursday in April 2012, at Lake Smiljkovsko.

The session began this morning, about 10 hours after they met all the requirements, the prisoners were taken from their prisons in Skopje, Bitola and Stip.

Defence lawyers seeking the overturning of the preliminary ruling where the defendants were sentenced to life.

As reported by “New TV” court reporter Zoran Dimitrievski said it too more than two hours for him to postpone the verdict where written complaints from lawyers and defendants can be looked over.
