The Appellate Court has decided that the wiretapped conversations i.e. the “bombs” about the purchased luxurious Mercedes worth over half a million of euros, will be a part of the evidence material in the trial of the “Tank” case.
There was a public session yesterday at the Appellate Court during which the Court’s President, Ljiljana Ivanovska Shopova and the judges Afrim Fidani and Jani Nicha were deciding upon SPO’s appeal about Basic Court Skopje’s decision to reject the “bombs” as evidence in the “Tank” case.
At the session, the former Minister of Interior, Gordana Jankulovska asked “the bombs” not to be used as evidence with an explanation that her privacy was violated. She defended herself by citing verdicts of the European Court of Human Rights.

The Appellate Court decided that the bombs can be used in other cases such as “Slaps,” “Three hundred,” “Toplik” and “Tenders.”
