At 14:00 pm, at the MPs Clubhouse in Skopje, a meeting between representatives of the political parties began, hoping to resolve the deadlock in negotiations on the Electoral Law.
A statement given by only one representative from SDSM, Damjian Manchevski, who said that at the meeting they will not discuss anything until the issue is resolved about the selection of the Special Public Prosecuto,r Katica Janeva team of assistant prosecutors are approved.
“The non-selection of the team of the special prosecutor, violates the Przhino Agreement. We ask the Council of Public Prosecutors to fully comply with the Law on Special Prosecution. Until we resolve this, the Przhino Agreement for us is not active”, said Mr Manchevski.
Antonio Milososki, the representative of the VMRO-DPMNE party, before entering the MPs Clubhouse for talks, said briefly they would discuss all issues. Facilitator Peter Vanhoutte had no comment but did confirm that the meeting would take place.
