Three people were injured in last evening’s attack on a synagogue in the center of the Danish capital Copenhagen.
As Danish media report, one of the injured was a civilian, who was shot in the head, while the other two are policemen. The injured are out of danger.
The attack on the synagogue followed after shooting during a gathering of cartoonists in Copenhagen, in which one person was killed and three policemen were injured.
Police said they shot one person who refused to stop at a police warning and opened fire on them.
“A man was fatally shot and died. There are no injured policemen in the incident”, reads the police statement, adding that the victim was probably the perpetrator of attacks on synagogue and on the gathering of cartoonists.
