After yesterday’s spontaneous gathering of citizens in front of the Government, through social networks was announced a new protest in front of the building on street Ilindenska 2 for today at 4 pm, on which citizens will express their anger for the content of the recordings that were presented by opposition leader Zoran Zaev at yesterday’s press conference.
As announced on social networks, citizens will protest against police brutality and the demand from the 2011 protests will be repeated, i.e. the resignation of Interior Minister Gordana Jankulovska and the Interior Ministry spokesman Ivo Kotevski after the murder of young Martin Neshkovski on square “Macedonia”.
Yesterday, shortly after the press conference of SDSM, several dozen people gathered in front of the government building to, as they said, express their anger and disgust with what they have listened on the recordings.
On the protective barrier in front of the Government, they hung banners “murderers”, “sadists” and “psychopaths”.
With identical banners, citizens called those passing by to join them, and after the number of participants grew, the crowd blocked traffic on one of the lanes of the boulevard.
