On Monday, at the Appellate Court, two public sessions will take place regarding the detentions of the former Minister for Transportation and vrski, Mile Janakieski and the former General Secretary, Kiril Božinovski.
Janakievski is accused in several cases led by the Special Prosecutor’s Office, and Božinovski, as a former General Secretary at VMRO-DPMNE, is accused in the case named as “Titanik.”
Both of them are in detention after former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski escaped to Hungary.
SPO’s prosecutor, Lile stefanova said that a detention for Janakieski and Božinovski was requested because SPO had information that both of them planned an escape just like Gruevski.
Janakieski and Božinovski have lodged an appeal at the Appellate court.
