The Public Revenue Office’s system (PRO) for submission of annual tax declarations including the system through which the admissions of salary declarations are received is out of order for several days as was alarmed by the Institute of accountants and authorized accountants.
Because of this problem, they cannot meet the deadline (25th of January) for submission of the annual tax declaration and they can’t pay the salaries because the salary declaration has to go firstly through the PRO.
PRO has informed the accountants that due to this problem, the late declaration submission will not be considered as a violation.
