The proposal by VMRO-DPMNE and DUI for a bill in Parliament that would ban all publications of the wire-tapped conversations in a shortened procedure could become part of a package of electoral laws which are being negotiated in the meetings of the working groups.
Yesterday we learned that would be a compromise package of election laws and now it is to be discussed whether a law banning the publication of the so-called “bombs” will fit into this package.
Our sources do not want to specify what this exactly means or whether it is something to defocuse everyone from the original package which is negotiable.
The information that the ruling parties intend to push through such a law in Parliament yesterday provoked negative reactions from the opposition, the media and experts.
It is uncertain whether the meetings of the working groups will continue today after the deadline ended at midnight on Sunday.
