This afternoon Parliament expressly and without debate passed amendments to four laws, including the Law on Pardons, which will allow the President to withdraw the pardons for those who require it of him.
On the amendments to the Law on Pardons, 63 MPs voted “for” and none voted against.
At today’s session, express procedures were adopted for the amendments to the Law on Protection of Privacy, the Law on Protection of Personal Data and the Electoral Code.
Amendments to the laws which were adopted today by Parliament were proposed by the deputies of the VMRO-DPMNE and DUI, Ilija Dimovski and Talat Xhaferi.
At today’s session of Parliament, MPs from the SDSM and DPA did not attend.
