Mickoski doesn’t see any need to attend the leaders’ meeting on Friday

-

VMRO-DPMNE’s party leader Hristijan Mickoski announced today that he doesn’t see any need to attend the leaders’ meeting that was summoned by Prime Minister and SDSM’s party leader Zoran Zaev for Friday starting from 14h.

-Mr. Zaev is calling for leaders’ meeting, and I will reply that I don’t see any need to attend the meeting where there will be talks about everything, and that will be an alibi, and there will not be any talks about what Macedonia needs today, a date for early parliamentary elections – said Mickoski at the press conference at the party’s headquarters.

According to Mickoski the meeting would turn into an unnecessary theatre because Zaev is afraid of a debacle at the elections.

He also said that SDSM and VMRO-DPMNE’s stances about the Law on Public Prosecution, the Election Code and the Census are diametrically opposite and for which the working groups had talks about in the past period.
