Kosovo authorities have informed the Macedonian Ministry of Interior that Suleyman Osmani from the village of Brest, for whom MOI had issued an international arrest warrant through Interpol, was detained.
According to MOI, he was part of the group that participated in the attack in Kumanovo Divo naselje on 9th of May, but managed to escape the police. He is suspected of the crime of terrorism, and there are suspicions that he participated in the attack on the Goshince police station. Osmani is in custody in Kosovo, and Ministry of Interior, in accordance with the legal provisions, shall inform the Ministry of Justice to start the extradition procedure.
