Fifteenth party congress of VMRO-DPMNE will be held in Kumanovo on 2nd and 3rd of May, and it will be attended by 560 delegates elected on different grounds. President of the party is to be elected at the congress, and the deadline for submission of application is Friday by 3 pm, at the party headquarters of VMRO-DPMNE in Skopje.
– The procedure for electing the president of the party is known to the public. It is the same way we previously elected the president. At least 30 delegates on the Congress, in accordance with the rules, have the right to nominate a candidate for president. Voting is secret and all present delegates have to vote, without exception. The one who gets the most votes will be the president and will lead the party in the following four years – said member of the Executive Committee of VMRO-DPMNE Ilija Dimovski in the news on TV “Kanal 5”.
