Helsinki Committee filed lawsuits against Health Minister Nikola Todorov, both directors of the Health Insurance Maja Parnadzhieva-Zmejkovska and Xhemali Mehazi for reckless operation in the case of young Tamara Dimovska.
The results of the autopsy on Tamara’s body, who died on 9th of February, the day when the Fund was to inform her whether the operation abroad is approved, should be submitted to Veles prosecution by tomorrow.
Tamara was suffering from scoliosis, hard curvature of the spine.
