City of Skopje sent a professional team, technical support and machines in the relief effort following the floods in Tetovo and the surrounding region, following torrential rains there.
The Public Works company Vodovod i Kanalizacija and the Public company for communal hygiene sent two water-drawing trucks, seven water trucks, three fire trucks equipped with powerful pumps for drawing water, as well as several high capacity portable pumps.
The technical relief sent on the ground is receiving support from personnel of 70 people- firemen from the Fire brigade of Skopje, workers from the Headquarters for emergency situations of Skopje and several other public companies.
The Headquarters for emergency situations of Skopje will follow the conditions on the ground and if necessary, will send additional help
