Free online course on crowdfunding and collaborative journalism

The media professionals in Central and Southern Europe are invited by “Prague Media School” to attend free of charge an online interactive course on crowdfunding and collaborative journalism. The course, consisting of 7 interactive webinars and a cross-border story pitching session will be conducted in English. Selected projects will be published on the Press Start crowdfunding platform and receive partial funding.

The course covers Crowdfunding for cross-border stories; Collaboration in investigative reporting;Cross-border journalism: focus, coordination, promotion and delivery, and will take place between the 28th of July and the 20th of August 2021.

Journalists, producers, photo reporters (photojournalists), and other media professionals from Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Czechia and Greece are eligible. The sign up deadline is 20:00 on the 20th of July.

The entrants should fill out the questionnaire.
