Court rejects appeals by Katica Janeva, Boki 13 and Zoki Kicheec, and the trial will start soon

The Basic Criminal Court Skopje rejected the appeals by Bojan Jovanovski, Katica Janeva and Zoran Milevski – Kicheec for the charges filed against them in the case of Racket, and has completely accepted the charges, which means that the trial will commence soon.

The Council for evaluation of the criminal act at the Basic Criminal Court Skopje at today’s session has rejected all plea as unfounded and has accepted completely the bill. The accused have no right to appeal against this decision.

“After the indictment is approved, a criminal case will be formed and it will be allocated by the AKMIS system for a further procedure, and as soon as a term will be set for holding a public hearing, the general public and the parties will be notified” announced the court.
