Today’s trial hearing for the TNT case was postponed due to the accused Toni Trajkovski’s worsened health condition. The next hearing for the destruction of the Kosmos complex is set for the 6th of february. At today’s trial, the former mayor of Gazi Baba municipality didn’t show up, and his attorney Jovica Strashevski informed that Toni Trajkovski’s health situation is serious but it will pass.
There was another postponement of another trial hearing for the racket case. Both attorneys, Deljo Kadiev and Irena Frchkoska, who represent SPO’s Chief Prosecutor Katica Janeva are sick. Attorney Kadiev has notified the court that he is hospitalized at the Infectious Disease Clinic where he will be kept until the end of this week while Frchkoska hasn’t submitted any kind of medical documentation. The Racket trial will continue on Thursday.
