During today’s hearing, the Special Public Prosecutor Fatime Fetai announced that she will summon Prime Minister Zoran Zaev to testify in the case of Monster.
At the next hearing scheduled for the 5th of September, the telephone conversations that were published as SDSM’s bombs will be played. These conversations were related to the several murders that occurred at the Smilkovsko lake
During today’s hearing for the Monster case, the prosecution submitted additional evidence which will be published at the next hearing on the 5th of September as transcripts.
The Monster case is evidenced as five murders that occurred at the Smilkovsko lake on the 12th of April 2012. In the previous procedure of this case, Alil Demiri, Afrim and Agim Ismailovikj, Ezim and Haki Aziri, and Sami Ljuta were sentenced to life in prison. In 2017, the Supreme Court abolished these sentences.
