VMRO-DPMNE put forward two proposals at the meeting between the working groups of the parties, all four signatories to the Przhino Agreement, held this afternoon at the MPs Clubhouse, and as mediator Belgian facilitator, Peter Vanhoutte.
One of the proposals related to the cleansing and renewal of the voters’ list and the other proposal on reforms in the media.
Other parties have until tomorrow 18:30, for inter-party consultations, then a new meeting will be scheduled between the working groups.
When asked how the other parties reacted to the proposals from VMRO-DPMNE, Vanhoutte briefly replied: “The situation is critical.”
Before the meeting started, Vanhoutte when asked to comment on yesterday’s speech by the President of VMRO-DPMNE, Nikola Gruevski, where Mr Vanhoutte’s name was mentioned, he said: “If you do not like the message, kill the messenger.”
