The Government of the Republic of Macedonia, today at its 38th session, decided to propose to Parliament the adoption of a draft law amending the Law on Witness Protection, reports the government press service.
According to the Government, the purpose of this proposed legal amendment is to provide conditions for the implementation of the Law on the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the prosecution of related crimes and crimes which stem from the content of the illegal interception of communications.
The Government decided to propose to Parliament a law to stop the validity of the Law on Council for determining facts and initiating a procedure for determining responsibility for a judge.
