The council of the Primary court Skopje 1 brought the decision to unfreeze the accounts of Makpetrol and Oilko, while demanding of financial supervisory bodies to monitor the daily transactions of these companies.

“The Criminal cases council received further evidence by the Public prosecutorship of Skopje, which led to the decision of unfreezing the accounts of the companies in question. The council reconsidered the decision of the judge from a previous consideration and refused the proposal of the prosecutorship which stated that accounts be frozen. Following the revoked decision, the court council has ordered of the banks to stop the measure of freezing of the transactions,” says in the announcement that came from the Primary court Skopje 1.

The judge from the previous process involving Makpetrol and Oilko has requested a financial supervision of these companies’ transactions.
