Today, the Supreme Court began its public session on assessing the indictment for the events surrounding Divo Naselje.
Behind the courthouse, several armored police personnel carriers, the “Hermelin” surrounded the area for safety reasons. Police officers with assault rifles were as far as the Goce Delchev Bridge, and on every entry and exit point at the courthouse.
Today the prosecutor has taken the case to present the indictment to the Council of Judges who will have to decide whether there is, or is not a basis for the case to go to trial.
According to the prosecutor regarding the indictment, the lawyers of the defendants should give their version of events at Divo Naselje.
