SDSM today filed criminal charges against Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski for disclosing official secret. Oliver Spasovski, general secretary of the party, and Philip Medarski, lawyer of the party, were present in the Public Prosecutor’s office.
– On yesterday’s press conference, Gruevski presented data which, according to him, originate from the content of applied special investigative measures. Also, the criminal charges also include unknown persons from MOI, the court and the prosecution, who had contact with the materials of special investigative measures, meaning that they contributed to the availability of these materials in public, making them accessories to a criminal act – said Oliver Spasovski, general secretary of SDSM.
