Rangelova resigned as the President of the VMRO-DPMNE’s Women Union

-

Daniela Rangelova has filed her resignation as the president of the VMRO-DPMNE’s Women’s Union. Rangelova’s resignation arrives after Dragan Danev, the party’s MP group coordinator’s resignation, and the string of resignations and castaways within VMRO-DPMNE.

After her resignation, on her Facebook profile, Rangelova wrote that she cannot be a part of the leadership that has led the party into isolation and which has caused disunions in the party by means of dishonesty, intrigues, and quarrels, and has caused divisions and hatred among the Macedonians.

“Despite President Hristijan Mickoski’s proposal to lead the Women’s Union until the end of my mandate, I have made a decision to tender an irrevocable resignation as President of the VMRO-DPMNE’s WOmen’s Union. I tendered my resignation because of the evident disagreements with the policies led by VMRO_DPMNE’s leadership. I cannot accept to be a part of toxic games led by the ambition to feed the vanity of several people. To have an ambition is a positive thing, but to be ready to walk over living people only to satisfy your own ego and the thirst for power is unacceptable” wrote Rangelova.
