Candidate for president of the SDSM Stevo Pendarovski at tonight’s forum in “Universal Hall,” said that the end of the regime is near.
– Macedonia has never in its 225 years of history faced a greater challenge. Today is quite clear that the greatest enemy of the Macedonian freedom and democracy is the so-called government in Skopje. The regime bugged more than 20,000 people. It bugged everyone who does not think like them. The only way to resist is all citizens to unite in national front against the regime – said Pendarovski.
He said that today we are at the bottom of the worst region in Europe.
– There is no country in the region that is not progressing. We do not stand in place, we are moving backwards. Currently, the security system is dismantled and is controlled by two people. We, as citizens, are embarrassed by the exercise of power of this leadership. I can assure you that the combined opposition has never had so much support as no. From our contacts with key international actors, I have to say that support among them is growing – said Pendarovski.
According to him, Macedonia has organized regime which should be opposed by libertarian structure.
– Have no illusions that it is enough that we have gathered in such a number. We have to gather all citizens to say goodbye to the regime. How to come out with least scars? It is not possible with the same people. Only people without mortgages can lead the country forward, not this gang of criminals who harass us for nine years. I want to send a message. It is not a time for division. We must be united as never before. My appeal is common, united to the ultimate goal – democratic and European Macedonia – said Pendarovski.
