Seventy-two MPs voted in favour of the draft decision to dissolve Parliament. One voted against and six abstained. The Parliament hall was attended by 109 MPs. This decision will be applied starting from February 24.
With this decision, which was proposed by VMRO-DPMNE and DUI, they are paving the way for elections to be held on April 24.
The opposition wre not present during the vote because they had left the session immediately after determining the resignation of Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski.
A Session to elect a new government is scheduled for tonight at 22:00.
