Prosecutors who worked on Kezarovski, “Magyar Telekom”, Angel and Stavrikj cases, all on Janeva’s team

Newly appointed Special Public Prosecutor Katica Janeva today assembled a team of 14 prosecutors who will work with her to resolve the case of the intercepted materials released by the SDSM.
The prosecutors in question are, Artan Ajran, Burim Rustemi, Gabriel Bubevski, Darko Jakimovski, Elizabeth Josifovska, Leila Kadriu, Lence Ristovska, Lile Stefanova, Ljubomir Lape, Maria Gjorgjeva Snezana Bundalevska, Stevco Donchev, Trajče Pelivanov and Fatmir Fetai.
Some prosecutors are unknown to the public while others have worked on major cases involving politicians and cases with major police operations.
Public Prosecutor Lile Stefanova prosecuted cases “Magyar Telekom”, “Spy,” “Liquidation”, “Falanga 2” and that of the President of the Council of the Municipality of Centre, Miroslav Shipovikj.
In the “Liquidation” case, she asked for detention and prison sentences for judges, lawyers, prosecutors and even journalist Tomislav Kezarovski.
Public Prosecutor Darko Jakimovski who worked on the case of the murder of Angel Petrovski from Gorce Petrov, who was killed near by the European Eye Hospital on May the 19th of last year, where he sentenced Naser Eshtrefi to 14 years in prison.
Leila Kadriu, a Public Prosecutor from Tetovo, was in the working group preparing the draft text of the Law on Public Prosecution.
Snezana Bundalevska is familiar with the case “Taiwanese credits” that the put Vasil Tupurkovsi and Jovan Andonov in the dock. She is also known for her work in the case of Nicholas Kuzmanovski, who was accused of murdering a nurse from pediatric clinic in Skopje on the 9th of January this year.
Public Prosecutor Trajče Pelivanov worked on the case with the ophthalmologist Dejan Stavrikj, who was accused of allegedly taking a 2000 euro bribe to receive a disability pension.
