During its third session, the new Government of North Macedonia decided to propose the changes and the additions to the Law on Court Fees, which will decrease the court fees for physical persons by sevenfold.
“The previous maximum court fee for physical persons was 48.000 MKD and with the proposed changes, the maximum tax fee is limited to 6.000 MKD. The decrease of the amount of the court tax is meant to ease people’s access to justice,” informs the Government.
