Last week the Liberal Democratic Party went public with a statement asking that the former Prime Minister reveal publicly how much wealth he has in property. Ten days after the announcement, the public has not yet received an answer from Nikola Gruevski about his personal wealth”, said Filip Janevik, spokesman for the LDP at today’s press conference.
“On the website of the State Commission Against Corruption, Nikola Gruevski’s questionnaire can not be found, therefore we would like to remind the Public Revenue Office that they have a legal obligation to carry out the procedure for the examination of assets against a person who has failed to provide information and who has not applied the questionnaire sheet. The Liberal Democratic Party demands a report from former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski on how much him and his family property are worth together after ten years of power”, asked Janevik.
He pointed out that the LDP believe that now is the time for Gruevski to publicly announce to the Macedonian people, how much money he made during the years he was head of government, and in accordance with, as he said, Gruevski’s way “he often has a report for everything he has worked on, he can even count fictions projects, phantoms, and pensioners who go skiing”.
