At the 131st session, the Government adopted a decision to establish a Commission for the implementation of a procedure for awarding a Public-Private Partnership Agreement for the construction of a new system for the distribution of natural gas throughout the territory.
“The Commission aims to implement an entire procedure for awarding the contract for the establishment of a public-private partnership for financing, designing, constructing, managing, maintaining and developing a natural gas distribution system through a public call for the selection of a public partner with a procedure for a competitive e-auction dialogue. That is, to prepare a public call, tender documentation, including a draft contract, to evaluate and prepare a tender evaluation report, as well as to submit to the Government the proposal for the selection of the most favorable bidder for the selection of a public partner for financing, designing , construction, management, maintenance and development of the distribution system of natural gas in the Republic of North Macedonia or a proposal for the annulment of the procedure,” the Government said.
