Dimovski elected as President for the Committee over the ID cards affair

The Coordinator of the Parliamentary Group VMRO-DPMNE Ilija Dimovski, will be the President of the Inquiry Committee which will be dealing with the scandal of the factory for forging identity cards, passports, and other documents. This decision was decided today by the members of the Commission on Elections and Appointments.
SDSM representatives did not attend today’s session of the Commission on Elections and Appointments nor did they nominate any of their own members.
The Vice President will be Ljupco Dimovski who also happens to be from VMRO-DPMNE. Other members from the ruling party include Trajče Dimkov, Blagoja Despotovski, Liliana Kuzmanovska, Blagica Lasovska, Andon Chibishev and Dragan Danev.
DUI officials in this committee will be Talat Xhaferi and Ejup Rustemi. From the DPA party, Gazmend Aljiji will be on the Committee, and the independent member of will Solza Grceva.
It is expected that the number of commission members will be the same as the Inquiry Committee over the wire-tapping scandal, which is a total of 16 members, eight from VMRO-DPMNE, four from SDSM, two from DUI, one from DPA and one member will be an independent person on the committee.
