At Krivolak military range in North Macedonia, a COVID center was set, as a prevention facility for the forthcoming military drill “Decisive Strike” which will take place in May and June. The range is being prepared by ARM’s engineers and the US Army’s 15th Engineering Battalion, which arrived last month.
“The members of the US Army’s 15th Engineering Battalion are currently at Krivolak. A COVID-19 center was set that we are hoping we shall not have to use during the “Decisive Strike” exercise. But we shall leave nothing to chance,” informed the Defense Minister Radmila Shekerinska Jankovska who is in Krivolak today.
The US military engineers are located at the Strela camp at Krivolak where they will remain in the next two and a half months.
At the moment, at the military range, a training course for subofficers is underway, a first in 11 years.
