The citizens and the firms will be able to follow online the progress on their privatization claims in the Property and Legal Affairs Office, through the webpage privatizacija.finance.gov.mk.
– There will be no more cases left in the drawer. We found a systematic solution, the platform privatizacija.finance.gov.mk, through which citizens and firms can, either from their home or office, follow on computer the procedure for their privatization claims at the Property and Legal Affairs Office. This means that citizens and firms will continuously have insight in the phase in which their case is – from the admission of the claim for privatization, through the process of the case and its settlement- until its deposition in the archives – said Tevdovski.
He emphasized that the benefits of this approach are that citizens and firms will receive new and better service from the administration, the administration efficiency will improve, and the process will be digitized.
-The procedureis very simple. All you need is the archive number of the case, when it has been submitted, the land lot identification, and the name of the municipality it has been submitted to. If you do not know the land lot or municipality, you may enter your social security number or tax number in case you are a legal entity. The software then sends your data to your e-mail concerning the case”, said Tevdovski, pointing out that for the time being, the cases from 2018 and 2019 are in the new system, while all items will be included within a year.
