Besa: The Albanians are ready to support a joint cause

The central presidency of the Besa movement has adopted a Declaration of the Albanian parties in Macedonia that will show that the Albanians are ready to support one joint cause, as was announced today by Besa.

“This declaration which was assembled by the Albanian factor and is supported by the Albanian parties in Macedonia, and for which none of any of the Albanian parties has a special credit for but are all equally credited for is expressing the joint will that any party that today or in the future will be a part o the government, to strive with any government program and with any of the Macedonian partners these items to be a major priority on basis of which a certain government program will be supported,” as was stated in the announcement.

Representatives of Besa have stressed out that the promoted joint statement with DUI and the Alliance for the Albanians is in complete accordance with its platform and Besa’s election program, and that the party simultaneously will affirm its own platform.

The platform of DUI, Besa and the Alliance of the Albanians consists of seven items that refer to the equality that is determined by the Ohrid agreement and the Constitution, to an equal economic and regional development, to strengthening the rule of law, to creating a spirit of trust in the interethnic relations, to solving the name dispute, to building friendly relations with the neighbouring countries and to a quick integration of the country into EU and NATO.
