The government passed a decision to recommend all organizers to cancel all public gatherings until the 6th of March.
The government’s recommendation refers to bigger public gatherings that are planned for this period like the Strumica carnival, carnival Prochka in Prilep and similar events.
The government recommended all organizers of sports events, until the 6th of March that all events should happen behind closed doors i.e. without any spectators in the sports arenas.
The same recommendation refers to all other major entertainment and cultural events.
“During this session, the Government tasked the Inspection and the Agency for medications and medical assets to inspect the protective tools for the protection from the virus in the drugstore and if it determines an unfounded increase of the prices to take measures in accordance with the regulations and authorizations. The government also tasked the Ministry of Interior to submit an information about the implementation of the measures that were set by the Crisis Center.
