Starting from tomorrow, the citizens will be able to check the Electoral roll

Starting from tomorrow and until the 11th of March, the citizens will be able to check the Electoral roll online where they will be able to check whether they were registered in the list for voting at the forthcoming parliamentary elections. During this period, the citizens will be able file a request to be evidenced int he Electoral Roll or to demand the data on the list to be either erased or be modified, announced today the President of the State Election Commission (SEC), Oliver Derkoski.

The State Statistical Bureau has already submitted the basic list at (SEC) which currently counts 1.817.028 voters. This list will be available for the citizens to see it and if they notice any mistakes concerning their data, they will have to correct it in order to fulfill their right to vote on the 12th of April.

SEC informs that so far, 710 Macedonian citizens living abroad have registered for voting in he diaspora. In the next 15 days, a minimum of 6000 voters abroad are expected to register in order for one MP from the diaspora to be elected.
