The Skopje Court of Appeals accepted the Special Prosecutor’s Office appeal against the Criminal Court’s decision prohibiting the use of the “bombs” as evidence in the “TNT” and “Toplik” cases.
The prime suspect in the “Toplik” case for the “Sunny City” case is former Minister of Transport and Communications Mile Janakieski, and the “TNT” case refers to the demolition of the Kosmos residential complex and the prime suspect in that case is former Prime Minister, Nikola Gruevski.
The defense of the defendants continue to maintain that the “bombs” are illegal evidence that violates the privacy of their clients.
