On the 5th of November, the European Commission (EC) will publish their reports on the progress of the Western Balkans, Turkey, and Macedonia, according to the sources referred to by the portal “Nova TV” will get a conditional recommendation for the start of accession negotiations with the European Union (EU).
As the portal suggests, the requirement will be the implementation of the Przhino Agreement and possibly the EC to make a new report on the agreement in the first half of 2016.
If Macedonia really does get a conditional recommendation, it would be an exception or the first such case in the history of EU enlargement.
