Zaev published recorded conversations between journalists with opposition leader Zoran Zaev, his conversations with friends and with his daughter, conversation between Interior Minister Gordana Jankulovska and Minister of Finance Zoran Stavreski, conversations between Ali Ahmeti, Menduh Tachi, Ljubcho Georgievski, Rufi Osmani, on today’s press conference.
Zaev said that these conversations are only part of what follows. He said that all socially significant figures, all the judiciary, the Synod of the Orthodox Church, NGOs, and journalists were tapped, and there was also a conversation between host Dragan Pavlovik-Latas and Martin Protogjer.
According to Zaev, only Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and Director of the Intelligence and Security Sasho Mijalkov were not tapped.
– During the election, they abused public services to have non-stop reports. Every conversation, every communication and all of this was paid with public money and with complete violation of the Constitution. We will file criminal charges against Gruevski, Mijalkov and Goran Gruevski, Head of Fifth Administration and N.N. employee in the Security and Intelligence. For employees who participated, but reported the crime, we expect to use Article 151, paragraph 5 of the Criminal Code, with which these persons are exempt from prosecution – stated Zaev.
Opposition leader said he will ask the Public Prosecution to carry out authentic forensic analysis of the audio recordings which the opposition published at today’s press conference and announced that they will publish new recordings of wiretaps in the following days.
Asked whether President Ivanov was tapped, Zaev replied that “all socially important figures” were tapped.
– If you consider him as an important person, then he was tapped as well – answered Zaev.
