Scheduling a session of Parliament, coordinated by MPs for an agreement on the composition of the commission for elections, the nomination of the President of Parliament, a letter to Ivanov, his decision to give the mandate, and negotiations for government and its composition. This is the sequence of steps that SDSM leader, Zoran Zaev expects to be realized as soon as possible, after the party’s Secretary General, Oliver Spasovski today filed the initiative to Parliament to extend the constitutive session where a President of Parliament can be elected.

The leader of SDSM, said he believed all sides, Ivanov and MPs, “as serious and sober people” will show reason and understanding and that “all this will be finished soon.”

He emphasized that if he receives the mandate, he will not wait 20 days to form the new government.

When asked to comment on the statements made by the leader of the Albanian Alliance, Zijadin Sela, Zaev said that he “always expresses dismay when it comes to statements, whether they were given carelessly or not, they provoke unrest among citizens.”
