“Alkaloid”, “Macedonian Telecom”, Stopanska banka – Skopje, “Evropa”, “Granit”, “Cement Factory USJE”, “Oilko KDA”, “Beton”, “Toplifikacija”, “Insurance and reinsurance – Macedonia”, “Vienna Insurance Group “are just some of the companies that distributed or will distribute dividend to their shareholders.
According to reports that companies submitted to the Macedonian Stock Exchange, each of them, depending on the accumulated profit for the previous year, determine the price of shares that will pay to shareholders.
Pharmaceutical company “Alkaloid” carried out the payment of dividend on 20th of May. The shareholders were paid 2014 dividend in the amount of 189 denars net, or 210 denars gross per share.
“Macedonian Telecom” this year plans to pay a dividend in the gross amount of 2,262 billion dinars (36.7 million euros), which is equal to the amount of realized net profit of the company for 2014. Gross amount per share is 31.49 denars.
Stopanska banka Skopje will distribute dividend of 16 denars for preference shares. The company said it will make a payment of dividends on preferred shares for 2014 totaling 3.6 million euros or a gross amount of 16 denars per share. Last day of trading with dividend right is 8th of June 2015.
Of the net profit after annual accounts for 2014 of “Granit” AD Skopje, in the amount of 188,159,610 denars, 47,141,440 denars in gross amount is allocated to dividends. The amount of the gross dividend per share amounts to 16 denars. From the profit, 12,000,000 denars gross amount is awarded to the management team and managing staff, and 129,018,170 denars for reinvestment.
The amount available for dividend distribution to shareholders in “Cement Factory USJE AD Skopje” is 1,479,933,000 denars, i.e. 2,625 denars per share. Last day of trading with the right to dividend for 2014 is 2nd of June. The dividend payment will be made no later than 30th of September.
The construction company “Beton” AD Skopje will also distribute dividend and the total amount of the dividend is 60.02 million denars or 1,100 gross dividend per share. The money is accumulated earnings until 2008. The net amount after deduction of dividend income tax is 990 denars, and the last day of trading with dividend right was 18th of May.
Factory “Evropa” approved the payment of dividend from the profit for 2014 in the gross amount of 11,501,700 euros. The dividend in the gross amount per share will amount to 50 denars. Last day of trading with dividend right is 15th of June.
“Toplifikacija” AD Skopje will also distribute dividend, but the shareholders’ assembly which will adopt reports on the activities of the company in 2014, as well as the allocation of profits and dividend distribution, will be held tomorrow.
