The Ambassador of Czech Republic in Macedonia, Miroslav Toman handed over to the Ministry of Interior, Oliver Spasovski a donation of 45 vehicles type Skoda in the amount of 1 million euros.
Spasovski stressed that during the migrant crisis, the Czech Republic has made a significant contribution to the strengthen the capacities of the Macedonian police.
Ambassador Toman stressed that the Czech Republic is helping the Macedonian police with great pleasure and that it will continue to do so in the future.
-We discussed with Minister Spasovski about how The Czech Republic might help MOI in the future. The Czech Republic isn’t only providing financial help but at the southern border, so far, it has deployed the 14th contingent of Czech policemen who are helping the border to be safer. The cooperation between the Macedonian and Czech policemen is excellent and in the forthcoming 2018 we shall continue with the same number of policemen – said Toman.
