The proposals for amendments of the Law for organization and work of the organs of state administration and the Law on government that predicts the founding of a Ministry of a Political System and relations among communities including the erasing of the Secretariat for the implementation of the Framework Agreement.
These legal changes allow a reorganization, promotion and defining the jurisdictions and the work of several organs within the state administration which are accomplishing duties that refer to a political system, the implementation of the Ohrid Framework Agreement.
Starting from 1st of June, the employees, the equipment, the documentation, and other assets from the Administration for development and promotion of education in languages of the ethnic communities, the Ministry of a Political System and Relations Between the Communities will take them over from the Ministry of Education and Science. Also, on the day when this law becomes effective, the employees, the equipment, the documentation and other assets from the Administration for affirmation and promotion of the culture by ethnic communities in the Republic of Macedonia, the Ministry of a Political System and Relations Between the Communities will take them over from the Ministry of Culture.
It is planned that by a proposal of the President of the government in a period of three months starting from the day when the new legal enactments enter into force a minister to be elected that will be managing the Ministry of a Political System and Relations Between the Communities and a Deputy Minister of the Ministry of a Political System and Relations Between the Communities.
It is evident that the legal amendments state that the implementation is demanding an obligation for providing additional assets and material obligations for certain subjects, but no amount is mentioned.
