The custody for the businessman Sead Kočan, a prime suspect in the “Trust” case that is led by the Special Public Prosecution has been canceled, reports Alsat-M.
According to the information provided by this TV station, this decision was made yesterday. With it, apparently, the domestic and the international arrest warrant for Kočan which has been issued for the last 2 months, has been canceled. Kočan has been on the run since then.
The Supreme Court, where the case is at the moment, hasn’t announced whether the decision has been made, but for its content, it can be discussed the next working day i.e. on Monday.
The court’s official web page hasn’t published any info about the decision.
