“Secondary Plenum”: This year we will fight poor reforms

-

A Several hundred high school students gathered on the first day of school in front of the Ministry of Education and Science, and in the Park of journalists to discuss their future plans and strategies in the fight against poor education reforms.
The “Secondary Plenum” say they planned their activities through the summer and are immediately set to lay out their requirements to the MES, and further actions will depend on the Minister of Education. High school students say that if the authorities behave ignorantly and replay last years actions, they will behave in the same manner to them.
– We have been considering changing the requirements of the concept of the state exam and the plenum will require equal involvement in the decision of the new concept of the state graduation exam. We will ask that this new concept is introduced to those high school students who enroll when it takes effect. Regarding external testing, our requirements are the same – said Andrey Bitrakov of “Secondary Plenum”, adding that the activities of the plenum will depend on the decision of the majority.
The event was addressed by representatives of the “Student plenum” that fully supports high school students in the fight against bad reforms.
