The documents for issue an arrest warrant for Gruevski for terrorist jeopardizing of the constitutional order with the attacks on the 27th of April 2017 were submitted at Interpol and we expect that the warrant to be issued, said today the Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski when he was questioned by a journalist regarding the official start of the twinning project for adjusting the national systems with the EU and the Schengen border management requirements.
“The Interpol is still conducting some sort of research. the Warrant that was sent is meeting the criteria to be published. The warrant with the necessary accompanying documentation is flawless and is submitted at Interpol” said Spasovski.
According to him, there is no legal obstacle for the warrant to be issued by Interpol, especially for crimes such as these and he expects that the Interpol’s leading people will make a decision to do so.
